Breedge Kolkmann

Breedge Kolkman is the second of three founders and the Managing Director of Quinn Healthcare.

Breedge has a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in Healthcare Technology and Management. She brings more than 15 years of experience through various roles in sales, marketing and product management at a mid-sized medical device manufacturer. Her activities have given her an extensive network in the European medical device market, as well as a strong understanding of the entire value chain.

Donal Quinn

Donal Quinn is the founder and chairman of Quinn Healthcare.

As Operating Partner of Advent International and a member of the Board of Directors of Omega Laboratories Inc, Donal has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. As Managing Director of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, he led the company's operations in 70 countries with annual sales of €4 billion. In that role, he oversaw 14,000 employees at 10 major manufacturing and 5 research and development sites.

Gero Wachendorf

Gero Wachendorf is the third founder and Managing Director of Quinn Healthcare.

He has 16 years of experience in international logistics and sales within the DP DHL Group. During this time, he has worked in various logistic areas. Most recently, he was responsible for the energy sector and European sales management at DHL Freight. Recently he gained the qualification as a medical product consultant.
